Win-backs is an add-on feature that engages customers who have cancelled in the past. It currently sends the optimal email offer to former customers who are within a reactivation window that you assign. Cost for this is $0.03/former customer. Note: only a segment of former customers are engaged each month.
On the starter plan, customers who click to cancel will be redirected to a new tab where they will complete the cancel flow and then are sent back to your application. On the basic and PRO tiers the cancel flow is handled inside of your application within a modal.
