- Personalize your Cancel Flow Text With Subscription Variables! This recently jumped to the top of the feature request list and it's now live for Recharge Customers. Personalization will help you retain more customers and now you can retain the text along with the logic inside of RetentionEngine! (Available for Recharge Customers)

- The biggest pain customers have reported is the ability to do internal testing without the gaming prevention functionality that RetentionEngine has by default. Problem solved! Now you can test all elements of RetentionEngine without getting caught in the gaming-prevention functionality! Test on! (Available for All Customers)

- You probably want to know more about why your customers are cancelling, but some reasons can be sensitive and others might not require additional information. Now you can toggle on or off the request for additional information based on the reason for cancelling. (Available for All Customers)
