The stockManager module in the compManager suite is configurable to
solve the many problems of adequately planning and managing the granting
of stock options throughout an organization. Executives and line managers
are under supported in this activity primarily by a lack of accurate,
timely information about their workforce.
stockManager makes all of the relevant information available through
a standard web browser. compManager takes all of the data from existing
sources (spreadsheets, Access databases, legacy systems, Peoplesoft, SAP,
Oracle, etc.) and publishes it (as read-only information) to managers
who can use it to make more informed decisions.
