The baseCompTM module addresses merit planning and management of focal
reviews or anniversary-based plans. Initial setup takes two-six weeks,
and most additional changes can be made by the compensation administrator.
baseCompTM is fully compatible with Peoplesoft and other HRIS packages.
Some features include a rules engine, merit matrix, custom reports, advanced
sorting tools, access-rights management and import/export tools to Excel
and Word. Reports are designed with Crystal ReportsTM to meet your organization’s
needs, and new reports can be developed by retentionEngine's support staff
or by your staff.
